If I'm looking for a specific design and it is out of stock, how long does it take for the item to come back into stock?
If your favourite mat is out of stock they're usually already in back order and should be available in 4-6 weeks (possibly sooner!). Check out our Instagram and Facebook page for regular updates on restocked designs!
Are you able to do bespoke designs on the mats?
Sadly we're not able to do bespoke designs.
What is your delivery timeframe?
Delivery of your order is done by Hermes Shipping UK and will take 3-5 working days after dispatch to arrive unless you are ordering one of our out-of-stock wedge mats which must be specially made and will take 15 days to arrive.
What is your refund policy?
We have a 30 Day limit on returns.

To be eligible for a refund, your product must be returned in the same condition you received it in. Once we have received your product and are happy with the condition, we will issue a refund within 24 hours.
