Returns Policy

We have a 30 Day limit on returns.

If you receive your order and aren’t happy with it for any reason, please post it back to us at: 

Us Launch Pad, 7701 Chattsworth Road, Midland, Georgia, 31820.

1. To be eligible for a refund, your product must be returned in the same condition you received it in. 
2. Once we have received your product and are happy with the condition, we will issue a refund within 24 hours.

Please note that refund amount will be the original cost of the item minus original postage, unless item was defective. Return labels will only be provided to the customer if the product is defective. Otherwise return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In cases where return postage will be reimbursed, the Gilded Bird will refund up to $12.99 for return postage. 

Items being returned should be in the original packaging with your order number included. 

We do not take responsibility for the loss or theft of items after completion of delivery. If you believe your package to be missing after it has been confirmed as delivered, please contact us and we will raise it with the courier as it is out of our hands at that point
